Reima Rönnholm

Reima Rönnholm works as a service designer in Palmu Inc. – Finland’s leading service design agency. For the past 10 years he has had an aspiration to figure out how people experience services, products and brands.
Recently he has been working in various projects that concentrate on understanding and changing both customer and service personnel behavior and service environments, in the fields of groceries, travel, banking, communication and well-being.
In his spare time, Reima likes to travel, run and grind coffee, among other slow things. He is also very interested in all the tiny little things in life that shortly connect us to who we want to be and our essence of living, whatever it is.
